Crew Member Job Responsibilities:

· Work together on a team to prepare menu items as guests order

· Greet and interact with guests while serving

· Handle guests' concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems

· Ability to multitask to keep up with a fast-paced environment

· Clean and breakdown food service station at the end of each shift
